We are a private gym based near to B&Q in Northwich.  This makes us handy for Knutsford, Hartford, and all the surrounding areas.  We are private, which means if you are doing small group training it is only this group of people who are allowed in the gym at any time.  There is an abundance of equipment – especially when most days it is only shared amongst such a small group of people.  There is no having to get there early to these classes to try to get the equipment before it gone either.

How to get started with your membership?

The Team Training Gym Northwich offers many ways to get started with your membership. You can come in for a chat and meet one of the team members to learn about all the services available at the Northwich Gym. Once you’re ready, you can register for a 7-day trial membership which gives you access to the gym for one week while still having time to back out if it’s not right for you.
