Minister Of Education Brings Together Communities To Prepare For Start Of The School Year

The Minister of Education and Vocational Training, Pilar Alegría, holds a meeting with the autonomous communities this Wednesday to prepare for the start of the new school year, which starts in two weeks, with the Covid-19 pandemic taking place.
Alegría will preside at the Education Sector Conference that addresses the start of the 2021-2022 school year and the situation in each area derived from the fight against the coronavirus from 11:00 am.
The minister will review with the councilors of the autonomous communities the measures to be applied in the new course to avoid contagion among minors . It is planned to maintain the mandatory use of masks from the age of six but the ratio of students per class increases, so the new groups created a year ago will disappear.
Alegría will appear at a press conference at the end of the Education Sector Conference to report on the decisions made with the autonomous communities.
